Ravenna, 4 febbraio 2012  - Ravenna Festival 2012 , giunto alla sua XXIII edizione ( guarda gli artisti ), si rinnova nella formula e si presenta articolato in quattro capitoli che scandiscono l'anno dalla primavera all'autunno, a partire, il 27 aprile, da un'anteprima che vedrà sul podio del palazzo Mauro de Andrè il maestro Riccardo Muti . A maggio, poi, l'undicesima edizione dell' European Youth Music Festival , intitolata 'Allegromosso’ , tra giugno e luglio le celebrazioni del millenario della fondazione del Sacro Eremo di Camaldoli saranno il tema centrale delle proposte 'sacrè del Festival con il titolo 'Nobilissima visione' . Infine a novembre Trilogia d'autunno 'Aspettando Verdi' .

 

Il 27 aprile, dunque, Muti dirigerà la 'sua' Chicago Symphony Orchestra : In programma
